Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Service & Repair Technician to join our dynamic team. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of water treatment systems, including pool plumbing and equipment. Your expertise will ensure our customers enjoy safe, clean water while delivering outstanding customer service in outdoor settings. Duties Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain pool plumbing systems and equipment using hand tools and power tools. Perform routine pool maintenance tasks such as cleaning, chemical balancing, and water treatment chemical handling to ensure optimal pool chemistry. Diagnose issues with pool equipment and perform repairs or replacements as needed to keep systems running smoothly. Handle chemical agents safely and accurately to maintain proper water chemistry levels in pools and aquatic facilities. Conduct outdoor work efficiently, adhering to safety protocols while operating company vehicles and equipment. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs, maintenance procedures, and safety tips clearly to clients. Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports for all work performed. Experience Proven experience with pool maintenance, water treatment chemicals, or aquatic facility operations is highly desirable. Mechanical knowledge related to pool equipment troubleshooting and repair is essential. Hands-on experience with water chemistry balancing and pool cleaning techniques. Prior outdoor work experience involving the use of hand tools and power tools preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely. Knowledge of safety standards related to chemical handling and outdoor maintenance environments.
