In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional pool maintenance services across multiple residential or commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure that pools are clean, chemically balanced, and fully operational, providing clients with a worry-free aquatic experience. This position offers an energetic work environment where your mechanical skills and customer service talents will shine, all while operating company vehicles and outdoor equipment to meet daily goals. Duties Perform routine pool cleaning tasks including skimming, vacuuming, brushing walls and floors to maintain optimal cleanliness and appearance Balance pool chemistry by handling water treatment chemicals safely and accurately to ensure compliance with health standards Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators using hand tools and power tools Conduct regular inspections of plumbing systems, mechanical components, and electrical connections to identify potential issues early Maintain detailed service logs documenting work performed, chemical levels, equipment status, and client interactions Operate company vehicles responsibly while adhering to safety protocols during daily route deliveries and pickups Communicate effectively with clients to explain maintenance procedures, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service Experience Prior experience in pool maintenance or aquatic facility operations is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge related to pool plumbing systems and equipment troubleshooting Hands-on experience with water treatment chemical handling and pool chemistry balancing Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques and equipment repair using hand tools and power tools Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and clear communication skills Outdoor work experience that includes operating company vehicles in various weather conditions Knowledge of water treatment chemical safety protocols and proper handling procedures Embark on a rewarding career where your technical expertise keeps pools sparkling while delivering outstanding service.
