Senior Superintendent -
Water/Wastewater Construction Location:
Southeast U.S. (Relocation Assistance Available)

Heavy Civil / Water & Wastewater Construction An established and growing general contractor is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead the field execution of complex water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, lift stations, and related utility infrastructure projects . This is a key leadership role responsible for driving project performance, ensuring safety, maintaining schedules, and delivering high-quality work from project kickoff through completion. Responsibilities Lead all field operations on large-scale water and wastewater construction projects. Manage superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and craft personnel. Develop and maintain project schedules while coordinating manpower, equipment, and materials. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Conduct site meetings and coordinate activities with owners, engineers, and project management teams. Identify and resolve field issues to maintain project productivity and schedule commitments. Monitor project progress, costs, and resource utilization. Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation. Qualifications 10+ years of construction experience with a strong focus on water/wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, lift stations, or heavy civil infrastructure projects . Proven experience serving as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent on projects valued at $20M+. Strong knowledge of concrete structures, process piping, underground utilities, mechanical installations, and civil sitework. Ability to lead large field teams and manage multiple subcontractors simultaneously. Strong scheduling, planning, and problem-solving skills. OSHA certification preferred. Ability to travel or relocate as needed.
