Job Description

Job Overview Crystal Quest is looking for an experienced and motivated Inbound Sales Representative to join our sales team. You will work directly with customers who have already contacted us looking for water treatment solutions for their homes or businesses. This is not a cold-calling position. Your role will be to learn about each customer's water concerns, explain their options clearly, and recommend the solution that best fits their needs. Sales are handled by phone, email, and online communication. We are looking for someone who is confident speaking with customers, comfortable learning technical products, and able to follow each opportunity through from the initial conversation to the completed sale.
Compensation:
Base Salary + Commission This position includes a guaranteed base salary plus commission based on sales. Additional details regarding the commission structure will be discussed during the interview process. Responsibilities Respond to inbound leads by phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner. Ask the right questions to understand each customer's water concerns, property, and treatment needs. Recommend residential, commercial, or industrial water treatment solutions based on the information provided. Clearly explain product options, benefits, installation requirements, and ongoing maintenance. Prepare quotes and follow up consistently with customers throughout the sales process. Build strong customer relationships by providing honest guidance and dependable service. Work closely with our technical and operations teams to confirm product details and help ensure orders are handled properly. Keep customer notes, sales activity, follow-ups, and opportunities updated in HubSpot. Stay organized and manage multiple leads and customer conversations at the same time. Continue learning about our products, water treatment technology, and developments within the industry. Experience and Qualifications Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar customer-facing position. Water treatment experience in the residential, commercial, or industrial market is strongly preferred. Strong phone, email, and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical information in a way that is easy for customers to understand. Comfortable asking detailed questions, identifying customer needs, and recommending the appropriate solution. Experience using HubSpot is preferred. Strong follow-up, organization, and time-management skills. Ability to build trust with customers and maintain professional relationships. Willingness to learn our products and continue developing water treatment knowledge. Ability to work independently while also communicating and working closely with the sales and technical teams.
