We specialize in Airbnb turnovers, residential cleaning, and property management cleanings.
Our goal is simple:
provide consistent, high-quality cleaning through strong systems, teamwork, and attention to detail. We're looking for someone who enjoys leading by example, solving problems, and helping others succeed. What You'll Do As our Lead Cleaning Technician, you'll spend part of your time cleaning and part of your time ensuring our team delivers the Spots Standard.
Responsibilities include:
Perform residential, Airbnb, and property turnover cleanings Lead team cleanings when multiple technicians are assigned Train and mentor new cleaners Conduct quality inspections and ensure company standards are met Assist with scheduling adjustments and daily operations Communicate with management regarding supplies, quality concerns, and staffing Help maintain inventory and equipment Represent Spots professionally with every customer What We're Looking For Previous professional cleaning experience preferred Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and dependable work ethic Comfortable working independently and with a team Able to lift 30+ pounds and remain active throughout the day Smartphone for scheduling and communication Why Join Spots?
