$95,000-105,000/year + 5% target bonus
Shift:
3rd Shift | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM | Monday-Friday, occasional
Saturdays Benefits:

Must-Have Skills:

Job Summary:
Seeking a Sanitation Supervisor to oversee 3rd shift sanitation operations within a food manufacturing facility. This role will partner closely with another Supervisor and report directly to the Sanitation Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong union leadership experience, a stable work history, and the ability to lead a large sanitation team while ensuring compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
Job Duties:
Supervise and direct nightly sanitation operations for a large hourly union workforceEnforce safety, GMP, HACCP, allergen, SQF, and housekeeping standardsTrain, coach, and develop sanitation team members while maintaining accountabilityEnsure proper use of sanitation chemicals, tools, and cleaning proceduresMaintain sanitation documentation and verify completion of sanitation tasksCommunicate sanitation issues and corrective actions to leadership teamsSupport continuous improvement initiatives and sanitation program effectivenessCollaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and plant leadership teamsFoster a positive, respectful, and performance-driven work environment
Qualifications:
5+ years of sanitation supervisory experience in food manufacturing requiredPrevious experience managing union employees requiredExperience leading large teams (40+ employees preferred)Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulationsExperience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle preferredStrong Microsoft Excel and Word skillsBilingual English/Spanish is a plusMust be flexible to support additional hours, weekends, or alternate shifts as neededCollege degree in a related field preferred Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
