Job Description:
The Industrial / Waste Water Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of industrial and waste water treatment systems in Driftwood, United States. This role requires a strong background in water treatment processes and regulations, as well as experience managing a team of operators.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of industrial and waste water treatment systems Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations Develop and implement maintenance plans for equipment and infrastructure Train and supervise a team of operators Monitor and analyze water quality data Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to optimize system performance
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience in industrial or waste water treatment Strong knowledge of water treatment processes and regulations Experience managing a team of operators Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
