Job Description

Position Description The Foreman contributes to Spectrum Water Technology by oversee all phases of wastewater projects, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities and a thorough understanding of industrial wastewater processes and best practices. Position Responsibilities Supervise and manage all on-site wastewater activities. Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site staff. Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or concerns. Collaborate with project managers, and clients. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress, and incidents. Resolve any on-site conflicts or challenges promptly and effectively. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to on-site team members. Operate various dewatering equipment. Other Duties as assigned. Position Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification desirable. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using relevant tools and equipment. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices. Position Work Environment and Schedule Work is primarily performed in outdoor field settings and can involve exposure to various weather conditions. Requires working in confined spaces and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE). May involve shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Travel required at times.
