Job Requirements Candidates should demonstrate good work ethic, be dependable, have good judgement, and be a team player. Requires mechanical ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and remedy machine/equipment failure. Hands-on repair as required, perform preventative maintenance on machine/equipment. Duties also include facility & grounds maintenance (i.e. building and roof repair, painting, snow removal). Minor plumbing, wiring, and welding work may be required (Industrial License/Certification preferred). A Grade 3 or higher Industrial Wastewater certification preferred, as defined by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Candidates with a Grade 2 certificate are required to complete the training program within the first year of employment. Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive movement and lift 50-65 lbs. are required for most roles. Must follow instructions from supervisor and adhere to all department procedures and Company policies. Valid Driver\'s License is required Pre-employment Physical, Drug & Alcohol, and Background Screening required. Pay Range:

\$25.49 - \$36.49/hour; Compensation depends on relevant experience and valid Industrial Licenses/Certificates.
