Job Description

Our client is currently seeking a Sanitation Supervisor in MA. Bilingual Spanish is a must for this role! 2nd

Shift:

Monday-Thursday (5:00 PM - 3:00 AM)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise and guide sanitation staff in cleaning and sanitizing production equipment and facilities according to established schedules and SSOPs. Implement and maintain effective sanitation procedures and deliver ongoing training in line with the company's Sanitation Program. Monitor team performance, attendance, and adherence to policies, providing coaching and feedback as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Associate's degree in food science, microbiology, food safety, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience). 3+ years of experience in a QA or Sanitation role within food manufacturing. 2+ years of supervisory or team lead experience. Education and relevant experience may be combined to meet qualifications. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on sanitation leader who is passionate about food safety and team development. #JDP
