has partnered with a leading food manufacturer in search of a dedicated Sanitation Supervisor to lead sanitation operations at their manufacturing facility and off-site warehouse in Clara City & Hutchinson, MN. This role is critical in maintaining a clean, safe, and audit-ready environment to produce high-quality dry powder products. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, food manufacturing environment and understands the critical link between sanitation, food safety, and product quality. Lead and oversee daily sanitation activities, ensuring thorough cleaning of production equipment, facilities, and shared areas Develop and implement sanitation procedures and manage the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) Serve as primary contact for sanitation-related external vendors (e.g., pest control, janitorial, Hydrite) Monitor and lead the pest control and environmental monitoring programs (EMP) Conduct GMP audits and validate sanitation processes Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, and internal quality standards Present sanitation procedures and audit results to external auditors and regulatory bodies Maintain accurate records and documentation for all sanitation activities Develop and update SSOPs and lead related training initiativesMinimum Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in a GMP-regulated food manufacturing environment required Prior supervisory or leadership experience is HIGHLY preferred HACCP Certification required; SQF Practitioner and PCQI preferred Strong computer skills and familiarity with sanitation documentation systems required Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skillsPosition Benefits, Pay, and Schedule:
Position located in Clara City & Hutchinson, MN The schedule is Monday to Friday- 6:00 am to 4:00 pm Base Salary of $65,000 to $95,000 annually + Discretionary Incentive Plan eligibility Comprehensive & competitive benefits package included
