This position is ideal for a proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, prioritizes safety, and can successfully manage multiple crews, schedules, and owner expectations. Responsibilities Lead and supervise construction crews in the installation of new stormwater, watermain, and sewer pipelines, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety protocols. Oversee daily construction site activities, coordinating with project managers to develop and maintain detailed project schedules. Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of pipeline installations. Manage subcontractors and vendors., Overseeing their crews work to meet quality standards and project deadlines. Conduct regular safety meetings. Supervise crew management activities including hiring, performance evaluations, and ensuring proper use of equipment Requirements Minimum of 8 years' experience in stormwater (Precast Box Culverts, RCP), Watermains, sewer pipeline construction with proven supervisory roles in heavy civil or commercial projects. Extensive knowledge of construction regulations including OSHA standards and federal safety protocols related to underground infrastructure work. Demonstrated ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately; experience interpreting complex technical documents is required. Excellent management skills with a history of managing teams effectively on large-scale projects; proven crew supervision experience is a must. Construction site experience specifically related to Precast Box Culverts, RCP, Watermain, and Sewer pipeline installation or underground utility projects is required. Qualifications 8+ years of construction experience. 5+ years of underground utility construction experience. 3+ years in a Foreman or supervisory role. Experience with excavation, trenching, shoring, and utility installation. Ability to read construction drawings, profiles, and specifications. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Valid driver's license. Ability to travel and work overtime as needed.
