Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Janitorial Regional Manager to lead and oversee janitorial and custodial operations across multiple sites within our organization. Compensation $70K base salary + quarterly performance bonuses + vehicle Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate janitorial staff across multiple locations, ensuring consistent application of cleaning protocols and sanitation standards Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and safety regulations aligned with industry best practices Monitor quality control measures to ensure all facilities meet cleanliness, sanitation, and safety expectations Manage staffing levels, conduct performance evaluations, and facilitate ongoing training in custodial techniques, safety procedures, and customer service Oversee compliance with health regulations, industrial cleaning standards, and safety protocols to minimize hazards Collaborate with clients to address service needs, resolve issues promptly, and enhance overall customer satisfaction Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, inspections, incident reports, and supply inventories to ensure operational transparency and accountability Skills Extensive experience in cleaning operations with a focus on industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, or hospitality environments Proven staff supervision and team management skills with a track record of leading large teams effectively Strong knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management practices Excellent managerial communication skills to coordinate between teams, clients, and vendors seamlessly Demonstrated ability to oversee custodial operations including laundry services and housekeeping management when applicable Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement in service delivery Customer service orientation with the ability to address client concerns professionally and efficiently Join us as a Janitorial Regional Manager if you're passionate about maintaining pristine environments through innovative leadership!
