Salary:

$125,000 - $180,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + Per DiemFounded in 1947, we are a self-performing general contractor with approximately 1,000 employees across the Southeast. Our Wilmington operations include roughly 80 team members supporting coastal water and wastewater treatment plant construction, deep foundations, structural concrete, and mechanical/process system installation. We serve municipal utilities, coastal water authorities, and regional wastewater districts throughout southeastern North Carolina. We are seeking a Superintendent to lead field execution of treatment plant projects with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule performance.

What You Will Be DoingManage daily field operations for water/wastewater treatment plant construction, including concrete, mechanical, and process equipment scopesLead self-perform crews and subcontractors to achieve productivity targets and maintain high workmanship standardsReview drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure accurate installation of process piping, equipment, and structural componentsMaintain project schedules, daily logs, inspections, and field documentationDrive jobsite safety programs and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirementsWhat You Need for This Position5 to 10 years of Superintendent experience with a self-performing general contractorDirect experience constructing water and wastewater treatment plants (required)Strong background in concrete structures, mechanical systems, and process piping installationDemonstrated ability to lead crews and coordinate subcontractors on complex civil/mechanical projects

Preferred:
