Job Description

South Jersey Water Conditioning Service is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual who wants more than just a job—we're looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career in the water treatment industry. No experience in water treatment is required. We are willing to train the right person who has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn. What You'll Do Learn to install, service, and maintain residential and commercial water treatment equipment. Assist experienced technicians with water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, filtration equipment, pressure tanks, and pumps. Perform water testing and explain results to customers. Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment. Complete paperwork accurately and use mobile technology to document service calls. Follow all safety procedures and company standards. What We're Looking For Honest, trustworthy, and dependable. Strong work ethic and willingness to work outdoors in all seasons. Positive attitude with the ability to learn new skills. Mechanically inclined or interested in working with tools. Excellent problem-solving skills. Friendly and respectful when working with customers and coworkers. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a good driving record. Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical work, including climbing stairs, kneeling, bending, and working in tight spaces. Punctual and committed to showing up every day ready to work. Preferred Qualifications Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or construction experience is a plus—but not required. Experience using hand and power tools is helpful. $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
