Job Description

About the

Role:

SoftSprings Water Conditioning is looking for a motivated and reliable Water Treatment Technician to join our growing team. This position involves installing, servicing, and maintaining residential and light commercial water treatment systems. Prior experience is required.

What We Offer:

Company truck (assigned to you within 30 days) Independent work after training - you'll manage your own route and schedule Base pay + commission opportunities for sales and service upgrades Supportive team environment with opportunities to grow

Responsibilities:

Install and/or service water softeners, filters, and related systems Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner Maintain accurate service records and reports Manage inventory and basic vehicle upkeep

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (basements, outdoors, etc.) Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Strong work ethic and attention to detail Willingness to learn — we'll train the right person!

Schedule:

Monday-Friday (occasional Saturday availability may be required)
