Water/Sewer Maintenance Facility Supervisor

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Water/Sewer Maintenance Facility Supervisor to lead and oversee the operations of our water and sewer maintenance facilities. In this role, you will manage maintenance activities, and ensure the reliable functioning of water and sewer systems. Your leadership will drive safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards while fostering a proactive maintenance culture. Essential Responsibilities:

Equipment operation and maintenance Maintain water quality; adjusting flow rates, testing, collecting samples Emergency response Documenting and reporting Compliance and safety Requirements (KSA's) Several years of experience in maintenance operations Strong knowledge of specific tools, equipment, and systems used in the industry Excellent organizational, leadership and decision making skills Stamina to lift, carry, and operate machinery and tools Must be able to work weekends Education, certificates: High school diploma or equivalent Valid Driver's License with clean driving record Physical requirements: Standing and walking for long periods at a time, up to 8 hours. Bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 75 lbs. Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
