An ideal candidate will be used to working in a warehouse or production environment. The qualified candidate must be able to interact with a wide range of people and must be organized. Responsibilities will include timekeeping, production scheduling and training of new employees. Must have prior management experience in a cleaning and sanitation background.

Manage the workforce:

including staffing, payroll, employee relations and office administrative duties. On-floor coaching of associates, and inspection for quality and safety. Pro-active communication to resolve client issues and create increased client loyalty. Thrive under deadlines and work in a team environment, while also delivering independent results. Job Requirements 2-3 years of prior Sanitation and Cleaning managment or Light Industrial Management experience in light industrial environment Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook); other internal company systems to be trained.
