Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Water Treatment Field Operations Specialist to support our growing field service operations. This position performs water treatment services, cooling tower cleanings, system chlorinations, flushes, and other specialty projects at customer locations. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable working in the field, and able to communicate professionally with customers and account representatives. Responsibilities Perform cooling tower cleaning and maintenance. Perform system chlorinations, disinfections, and flushing services. Assist with routine water treatment service and preventative maintenance. Complete special projects at commercial and industrial customer locations. Operate pumps, hoses, chemical feed equipment, and other field service equipment. Safely handle and apply water treatment chemicals. Coordinate equipment, materials, and job-site logistics. Troubleshoot field issues and help identify practical solutions. Communicate project status and customer needs with account representatives. Maintain service records, company vehicles, tools, and equipment. Follow all company and customer safety requirements. Qualifications Experience in water treatment, industrial maintenance, plumbing, mechanical service, construction, or a related field is preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Dependable, organized, and able to work independently. Professional communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Willingness to learn water treatment processes, equipment, chemicals, and testing procedures. Physical & Work Requirements This is a hands-on field position that may require lifting equipment and materials, climbing, bending, standing for extended periods, and working indoors or outdoors in varying conditions. Travel to customer locations throughout the workday is required. Some projects may require early mornings, evenings, or occasional weekend work. Compensation $25-$30 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications, with commission opportunities available .
