This energetic leader will ensure that all cleaning, sanitation, and custodial standards are met with precision and professionalism. As a key team supervisor, you will motivate and manage cleaning staff, uphold safety regulations, and deliver exceptional service to clients. Your leadership will drive a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while fostering teamwork and operational excellence. Duties Supervise daily cleaning activities across multiple sites, including industrial, commercial, and hospitality environments Lead, train, and motivate cleaning staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation Must have availability to cover open shifts and be on call 8am-10pm Enforce safety regulations and proper use of cleaning equipment to prevent accidents and ensure compliance Conduct quality inspections to verify that cleaning meets company standards and client expectations Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effective usage and timely replenishment Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and management to address concerns and improve service delivery Assist with business development Experience Proven supervisory experience in cleaning or custodial services, preferably within industrial or commercial settings Extensive knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation procedures, and safety regulations Hands-on experience with janitorial equipment, industrial cleaning tools, laundry services, and hospitality housekeeping management Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams efficiently and foster a positive work environment Strong managerial communication skills for training staff, conducting performance reviews, and coordinating with clients Experience in managing sanitation protocols for large facilities or complex environments is highly desirable Background in management or team supervision within custodial or janitorial services is preferred Join us as a Lead Cleaning Technician to make a tangible impact by maintaining pristine environments while leading a dedicated team.
