Job Description

Conewago, a company that has been making our customers dreams become a reality for the past 70 years, is currently accepting applications for Water/Waste Water Mechanical Foremen, who want to play a key role in building and rehabilitating critical water and wastewater infrastructure throughout the region. We are seeking experienced tradespersons who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys solving complex installation challenges, and is ready to lead crews on impactful projects. At Conewago, you'll work on a variety of water and wastewater treatment projects that serve communities across Southern PA and Northern Maryland. Competitive compensation based on experience, leadership ability, and technical expertise. Most work is scheduled during regular daytime hours, with occasional overtime or off-shift work required to support facility shutdowns, maintenance activities, and critical project milestones.
Responsibilities include:
Leading millwright crews during equipment installations and shutdowns Coordinating work activities with project managers and superintendents Mentoring apprentice and junior trades personnel Assisting with project layouts and installation planning Maintaining quality and safety standards on site
Preferred Qualifications:
Pump alignment experience Confined space certification OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification Water/wastewater treatment facility experience Experience working with stainless steel piping systems We are looking for professionals who embody
