Our innovative, sector-specific solutions elevate efficiency, quality, and safety for customers across the globe. Your Mission Own the final validation of ProMinent skids. You will prove systems are leak-free, precisely calibrated, and fully compliant with Engineering specs and drawings—so operators can rely on them from day one. How You'll Make an Impact Hydrostatic and pressure testing to confirm piping integrity. Pump calibration to meet capacity requirements set by Engineering. Functional testing to verify every component operates as intended. Alignment of the Test Department schedule with Production and Engineering priorities. Rapid identification of drawing or paperwork errors; communicate with the Test Supervisor and Engineering to resolve. Complete, accurate quality records: test forms, time logs, and traceability. Clear system labeling/tagging for shipping and service. Verification against the BOM; secure spare parts in the Test Department and ensure they ship with the skid(s). Proper maintenance and stewardship of department tools. Strict adherence to safety procedures. Minor repairs on skids, as agreed, to keep orders moving forward. Immediate reporting of failed parts to QC for NCMR processing. What We Expect From Every Teammate Follow company policies and procedures; arrive on time. Keep your area organized and audit-ready. Skills and Qualifications Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience; high school diploma or equivalent. Mechanical aptitude with measurement proficiency and confident hand-tool use. Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electro-mechanical systems and read schematic drawings. Mathematical competency for calibrations and test calculations. Lift up to 75 pounds; frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and stretching are part of the job. Manual dexterity and safe work habits. Adaptable to shifting priorities; able to work independently and collaboratively. Available for overtime and cross-department support as needed. Professional communication skills; capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment. Capable of obtaining in-house forklift and vehicle certifications upon request.
