Develop and implement cleaning schedules that align with client needs and safety protocols, including industrial cleaning and custodial tasks. Train team members on proper cleaning techniques, sanitation procedures, safety regulations, and the use of cleaning equipment. Monitor compliance with health and safety standards, ensuring all operations adhere to sanitation guidelines and safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections of commercial spaces to verify cleanliness, sanitation, and overall maintenance quality. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper usage at all times. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication, leadership, and motivation, promoting teamwork and high performance. Experience Proven supervisory experience in commercial or industrial cleaning environments with a focus on team management and leadership. Extensive custodial experience including janitorial duties, sanitation management, and industrial cleaning techniques. Strong understanding of safety regulations related to cleaning operations and workplace safety standards. Experience managing cleaning & sanitation programs within hospitality or corporate settings is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high standards of customer service and cleanliness. Prior management or supervisory roles in janitorial services or housekeeping management are preferred. Excellent managerial communication skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team development.
