Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily tasks of sanitation staff, including cleaning, janitorial, laundry, and hospitality services. Develop and implement effective cleaning and sanitation management procedures aligned with safety regulations and industry best practices. Train team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and sanitation standards to ensure consistent quality. Monitor work performance, provide constructive feedback, and foster a positive team environment that encourages accountability and professional growth. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards; address any deficiencies promptly. Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment; coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in custodial services, industrial cleaning, or commercial sanitation management; supervisory or team management experience preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation procedures, safety regulations, and janitorial best practices. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise staff effectively and communicate managerial expectations clearly. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering high-quality results consistently. Familiarity with laundry operations, hotel or hospitality industry standards, and housekeeping management is a plus. Ability to uphold safety regulations rigorously while motivating team members to do the same. Speak Spanish/ Portuguese is a plus.
