Local Projects | Hands‑On Leadership | Critical Infrastructure A well‑established civil and mechanical contractor in the Nashville area is seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Superintendent to lead field operations on complex municipal treatment plant projects. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who understands the unique challenges of
WTP/WWTP
construction and takes pride in delivering high‑quality, high‑impact infrastructure. What You'll Lead Daily field operations for water and wastewater treatment plant projects Installation of process piping, mechanical systems, tankage, and structural components Coordination with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors Monitoring manpower, materials, equipment, and production to maintain schedule and quality Enforcing safety standards and modeling a culture of accountability Reading and interpreting plans, specs, and technical documents Solving field issues proactively and adapting to changing site conditions What You Bring 7+ years of experience in
WTP/WWTP
