Job Description/Responsibilities The Sanitation Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and compliance of our production environment. This position leads all sanitation activities across the facility, including equipment, building, and process cleaning, while driving continuous improvement in sanitation practices. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on product quality, food safety, and operational excellence in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Lead and oversee all plant sanitation activities, including cleaning of equipment, machinery, and facility areas Develop, implement, and maintain sanitation procedures, tracking systems, and validation processes Train and coach team members on sanitation standards, safety protocols, and proper cleaning techniques Monitor GMPs, housekeeping, and sanitation compliance across the facility Manage sanitation supplies and chemicals, while coordinating sanitation efforts with cross-functional teams
