Large Diameter Sanitary Sewer Foreman

Overview We are a heavy civil contractor seeking an experienced wet utility foreman to lead crews on large diameter sanitary sewer installations, including 24-inch pipe and above. The right candidate is a hands-on leader who can manage people, production, and quality in the field every day. Responsibilities Direct and supervise field crew on 24" and large diameter sanitary sewer installation Oversee trench excavation, shoring, pipe laying, and backfill operations Read and interpret project plans, specs, and grade sheets Coordinate with project manager on schedule, materials, and equipment needs Ensure all work meets OSHA safety standards and trench safety requirements Maintain daily production logs and communicate progress to superintendent Inspect pipe joints, bedding, and grade for quality control Coordinate with inspectors and municipality representatives on-site Qualifications Minimum 5 years of wet utility field experience, with at least 2 years as a foreman Hands-on experience installing large diameter pipe (18
