$32-$40 per hour, based on experience About the Role We are seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Construction Foreman to lead a small field crew on water and wastewater construction projects throughout Central Texas. This is a hands-on Heavy Civil Foreman position. You will lead 3-4 laborers while performing field work involving concrete, piping, excavation, underground utilities, and treatment plant construction . What You'll Do Lead a crew of 3-4 construction laborers. Direct daily water/wastewater construction activities. Perform hands-on concrete and piping work. Support excavation and underground utility work. Read construction plans, drawings, and layouts. Set daily work priorities for your crew. Check work for quality and proper installation. Maintain jobsite safety and crew productivity. Troubleshoot field construction problems. Coordinate work with the General Superintendent. Work alongside your crew when needed. Must-Have Experience 3+ years of construction foreman experience. Hands-on water or wastewater construction experience. Experience with treatment plants or pump stations. Experience leading small construction crews. Hands-on experience with concrete and piping. Experience with excavation or underground utilities. Ability to read construction plans and drawings. Strong construction safety and quality awareness. Strongly Preferred Water treatment plant construction Wastewater treatment plant construction Pump station construction Municipal water infrastructure Municipal wastewater infrastructure Underground utility construction Process piping installation Concrete structures Excavation and dirt work Heavy civil construction This Role Is A Good Fit If You Have Led crews on water/wastewater projects . Built or renovated treatment plants . Worked on pump station construction . Installed process or utility piping . Performed concrete work on civil projects. Read plans and handled field layout. Worked directly with a General Superintendent. Stayed hands-on while leading your crew. Pay & Benefits $32-$40 per hour , based on experience. Projects are located throughout Central Texas. Most projects are within one hour of Wimberley. Schedule varies based on project requirements. This is not a remote position.
