Job Description

Performs manual duties involved in the operation of a Community Cannery. Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and steam pressure line in repairs. Some knowledge on operation of low pressure steam boilers. Knowledge on proper methods of foodstuffs preparation for canning. Knowledge on sanitation and cleaning of food preparation and canning equipment. Ability to follow oral and written directions.
Certifications / Licenses
Must possess a valid Commonwealth of Virginia driver's license.
