As we continue to grow, we're hiring a Licensed Landscaping Application Specialist to lead our spray department and perform hands‑on application work. This role blends leadership, technical expertise, and operational oversight. Position Overview We're looking for a self‑motivated entrepreneurial leader with strong diagnostic skills and deep industry knowledge. You'll oversee spray operations, manage chemical inventory, support job costing, train technicians, and perform field applications, all while maintaining high service standards. Key Responsibilities Chemical Application - Apply fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and specialty treatments per Washington regulations. Team Leadership — Train, mentor, and manage application technicians. Department Management — Oversee scheduling, chemical inventory, job costing, and equipment readiness. Diagnostics — Evaluate turf, soil, and plant health to determine accurate treatment plans. Customer Service — Communicate treatment plans and maintain strong client relationships. Compliance — Maintain accurate records and ensure all applications meet Washington State regulations.
