• Posted on March 26, 2026 Published By Adam Wellman Trillium Construction is hiring industrial pipe welders to work at an aluminum plant in Bay Minette, Alabama.

Candidates will perform a tig and stick weld test. Candidates will be running mainly small bore pipe, 1in-18in. Candidates will have to field route the piping. Candidates will perform butt welds and socket welds. Candidates will mainly be working with carbon steel up to schedule 40. Candidates will work 6 days a week. 10 hour shifts. This is a night shift position. Shifts are from 4pm-2:30am. The duration of the project will be 3 months. Pay is up to $38/hr. Per diem is $120/all 7 days as long as all required shifts are worked. • Candidates must wear basic PPE, stinger, ground, tig rig, & welding hood.
• Candidates must provide their own harness and lanyard.
