1-2 positions available Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dependable Welder to join our team. We are looking to hire at least one welder, with the possibility of adding a second qualified candidate if the right individuals are available. The ideal candidate will have solid welding experience and be comfortable working in a shop or industrial environment. Additional experience with plasma cutting , forklift operation , and blueprint reading is highly desirable. Responsibilities Perform welding tasks safely and efficiently according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications. Operate a plasma cutter as needed. Safely operate a forklift to move materials and equipment. Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required:

Previous welding experience. Ability to perform quality welds safely and efficiently. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Preferred:

Experience operating a plasma cutter . Forklift certification or previous forklift experience. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environment.
