Production Welder Job Type Full-time Description As a Production Welder on our team, you'll help build high-quality steel tanks, containers, and vessels that are made to last. This role is about more than just welding—it's about taking pride in your craft, working alongside a solid team, and producing work you can stand behind at the end of the day. Whether you're looking to sharpen your skills or continue growing in your trade, this is a great opportunity to work hands-on, stay busy, and be part of a team that values hard work and quality.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment .Are comfortable with physical work including lifting, bending, and standing throughout the shift.
Can follow written and verbal instructions and work to specifications.
Work well with others and contribute to a positive team environment .Are willing to learn, improve, and take on new challenges.
Perform other duties as assigned to support production needs.
Used MIG welding, grinding, fitting, and cutting tools to complete projects.
Worked with your team to keep production moving efficiently and safely.
Passed quality checks by producing tight, reliable welds .Stayed busy with consistent work and picked up overtime when available .Learned new techniques and improved your welding skills on the job.
Took pride in seeing a finished product leave the floor knowing you built it. Work Environment This is a hands-on production role requiring the use of PPE including welding hood, gloves, steel-toe boots, and other safety equipment.
