Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder to join our dynamic fabrication and construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing precise welding operations across a variety of projects, ensuring all work meets strict safety standards and quality specifications. Your expertise will help us deliver durable, high-quality piping systems, structural components, and specialized fabrications. MIG, FCAW
(Flux-Cored Arc Welding), TIG, and pipe welding according to project specifications and industry standards such as ASME codes & standards. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, construction plans, and technical drawings to determine welding requirements and procedures. Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and pipe threading equipment to prepare materials for welding and fabrication tasks. Execute pipefitting, pipe installation, tube bending, pipe threading, soldering, and sprinkler system fitting with precision. Ensure compliance with safety regulations including NFPA standards for fire sprinkler systems and OSHA safety protocols during all operations. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocol adherence at all times. Collaborate with team members on assembly, maintenance, rigging, and troubleshooting of piping systems in manufacturing or construction settings. Requirements Proven experience in welding techniques such as MIG, FCAW, TIG, and pipe welding within construction or manufacturing environments. Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, construction plans, and interpret technical drawings accurately. Mechanical knowledge combined with familiarity with hand tools, power tools, calipers, and pipe threading equipment. Knowledge of safety regulations including NFPA standards related to fire sprinkler fitting and pipeline installation. Experience working on construction sites or in manufacturing facilities involving plumbing, HVAC systems, or pipeline assembly. Ability to perform basic math calculations necessary for measurements and fabrication tasks. Familiarity with ASME codes & standards for pressure vessels and piping systems is preferred. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow schematics accurately while maintaining safety at all times.
