What You'll Do:

Fabricate and weld metal components with precision using TIG welding techniques Set up and lay out jobs from blueprints, diagrams, and fixtures Inspect welds visually and ensure compliance with customer drawings and quality standards Follow internal quality systems, safety rules, and environmental regulations Collaborate with team members across departments to meet deadlines Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment

What We're Looking For:

Must have experience with welding and fitting (6 months

• 1 year) Proven TIG welding experience (must pass welding test) Strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and problem-solving skills Ability to read blueprints, interpret specifications, and apply math skills Experience with tack welding, fabrication of shop aids/fixtures a plus Comfortable using basic hand tools Team player with effective communication skills
