Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Welder to join our dynamic fabrication team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing precise welding operations across a variety of projects, ensuring all work adheres to safety standards, technical specifications, and quality expectations. Your expertise will contribute to the successful assembly, installation, and maintenance of structural components, and equipment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on building heavy duty equipment trailers, applying your welding skills to bring complex projects to life with accuracy and efficiency. Please note that there is a bonus system which gives $3 per hour if you work 40 hours. Qualifications Proven experience in welding building Heavy EquipmentTrailers. Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, construction plans, and technical drawings with precision. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks; understanding of ASME codes & standards is a plus. Knowledge of safety regulations including OSHA standards; commitment to maintaining a safe working environment at all times. Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately; experience working on Trailers or in manufacturing settings is preferred.
