Welder Duties and Responsibilities Taking a variety of materials and either MIG or TIG welding them could be Carbon Steel . Repairing trailer for customers as needed . Welding racks and frames for various companies. Assisting in other departments as needed Welder Qualifications and Requirements Ability to read a lined tape measure to a 16 th of an inch On job experience with MIG/TIG Welding. Physical strength and stamina to lift materials up to 50 pounds. Strong mechanical skills and precision to follow customer requirements.
