- day Outage starting 09/13/2026.

A plate welder focuses on joining thick steel plates, often for applications like tanks, vessels, and large structures.Essential Duties:
Welding Safety- work safely around the hazards associated with the construction field. Welding Tools
- use hand, electric, pneumatic and hydraulic tools and in a safe manner. Blue Print Reading
- Correctly reads and understands plans, isometrics, arrangement drawings, details, specifications, erection manuals and/or blue prints and makes competent decisions based on measurable criteria.
- filet and groove welding Set up equipment and weld parts using arc, gas shielded arc, self shielded arc, or gas welding equipment.
