What You'll Be Doing As a Carbon MIG Welder , you'll be on the front lines of the production team, fabricating high-quality steel structures, cable tray systems, and custom industrial support setups.

Lay Down Quality Beads:

Perform high-quality MIG (GMAW) welding on carbon steel components following structural prints and shop specifications.

Fit-Up & Fabrication:

Read blueprints, measure, cut, position, and clamp metal components accurately before striking an arc.

Inspect Your Craft:

Ensure all welds meet visual quality standards, dimensional tolerances, and structural integrity.

Safety First:

Maintain a safe, clean workstation and follow shop safety protocols while operating shop equipment (grinders, saws, material handling tools).

What We're Looking For MIG Welding Experience:

1-3+ years of solid experience with Carbon Steel MIG welding in a shop or manufacturing setting.

Blueprint Literacy:

Ability to read shop drawings, welding symbols, and measurements with precision.

Quality Mindset:

Pride in your work...clean welds, proper penetration, and minimal spatter.

Reliability & Drive:

A strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and a team-first attitude.

Physical Capability:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform physical shop tasks comfortably.
