Full Job Description Overview:
This is an amazing opportunity for a skilled TIG Welder to earn $17 to $20 hourly on 2nd Shift. Plus, radically affordable health insurance after 30 days. 2nd Shift Chance to showcase strong welding skills and attention to detail Ability to work on precision fabrication projects with various metals Opportunity to grow and develop skills in TIG welding Affordable health insurance you can actually use, including $5 copays, $5 prescriptions, and free Telehealth services What you'll do as: Tig Welder Performing TIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum components Reading and interpreting blueprints and welding symbols Setting up and operating welding equipment, including TIG machines Inspecting completed welds for quality and accuracy Maintaining a clean and safe work environment following safety procedures

Previous TIG welding experience Ability to read and understand blueprints and fabrication drawings Experience welding stainless steel and/or aluminum Knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and equipment setup Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
