Job Description:
A Welder is responsible for joining metal parts using various welding techniques, such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding, to fabricate, repair, and maintain metal structures and equipment. The role requires interpreting blueprints, operating welding equipment, and ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a welder or fabricator. Knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and safety standards. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Physical ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and work in various environments. Must pass a welding test 1.
Require our welders to:
2. Mig weld 3. Be able to weld from a Blueprint 4. Read a Tape Measure 5. Complete a weld test 6. Have at least 1-year minimum experience You will be responsible for: 1.
