Job Description
- Job Title: Welder
- Job Description
- The main focus of this role is on TIG welding. The successful candidate will interpret weld blueprints, specifications, and work instructions accurately, prepare and fixture components ensuring proper alignment, cleanliness, and readiness for welding. The role involves performing manual bench and electron beam welding in accordance with defined process parameters and quality standards.
- Responsibilities
- + Interpret weld blueprints, specifications, and work instructions accurately.
+ Prepare and fixture components, ensuring proper alignment, cleanliness, and readiness for welding.
+ Perform manual bench and electron beam welding in accordance with defined process parameters and quality standards.
+ Monitor equipment and weld conditions, complete inspections, and address or escalate weld defects appropriately.
+ Maintain equipment, follow all documentation and traceability requirements, and adhere to weld-specific safety protocols.
- Essential Skills
- + Technical proficiency in weld processes and equipment operation. + Problem-solving skills and ability to recognize abnormal weld conditions. + Effective communication and documentation skills.
- Additional Skills & Qualifications
- + High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. + Previous experience in welding, precision manufacturing, or related operations is preferred. + TIG welding experience is preferred.

- Work Environment
- Current openings are on the 2nd shift, Monday to Friday, from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
The climate-controlled environment spans across four operational buildings. Each cell follows a similar process flow, involving different parts and components. Employees will interact with all members of their cell and several members from other cells or groups, including Quality and Engineering. The company maintains a team-driven environment where quality and safety are the top priorities due to the nature of the work and the cost of goods being produced. Employees will initially train on the 1st shift, which operates Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

- This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Springdale, AR.
- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $23.
00 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
