Welder Hourly Range:

$24-$25 Why This Role Matters Welders keep our container fleet structurally sound and ready for service, directly supporting fleet readiness. What You'll Do Lay out, fit, and fabricate metal components to assemble structural forms on metal storage containers Operate wire feed and/or stick welding equipment safely Perform grinding, sanding, and related surface preparation and finishing work Operate a forklift to move materials as needed Perform other general shop duties as assigned What We're Looking For 1-2 years of welding experience Comfortable operating wire feed/stick welders Ability to lift up to 75 pounds Pay & Schedule Full-time, Saturdays as needed About Us CR&R Incorporated is one of Southern California's leading waste and recycling services providers, serving residential, commercial, and industrial customers across multiple states.
