Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire Responsibilities:

Perform MIG welding (GMAW) and fabrication of utility boxes and structural components Complete spot welding, grinding, sanding, and finishing Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings Use tape measures and other measuring tools to ensure accurate fabrication Operate welding equipment, angle grinders, and plasma cutters Meet production and quality standards Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:
