In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, assembling, and repairing metal structures and components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise in various welding techniques and fabrication processes will ensure that projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and durability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction and manufacturing projects, utilizing your mechanical knowledge and technical skills to bring designs to life. Duties Interpret mechanical blueprints, technical drawings, and fabrication shop drawings to accurately guide welding and assembly processes Perform welding using FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), and SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding) techniques in accordance with AWS (American Welding Society) standards Measure materials precisely using calipers, micrometers, measuring instruments, and shop math to ensure accurate fabrication of metal components Cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal and other metal materials utilizing plasma cutters, power tools, and machining equipment Fabricate structures on-site or in the shop by interpreting blueprints, measuring materials, and adhering to safety protocols Operate cranes, hand tools, power tools, and other fabrication equipment efficiently while maintaining safety standards Maintain detailed records of work performed, including inspection reports and quality control documentation Qualifications Proven construction site experience with a solid understanding of mechanical fabrication processes Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and mechanical blueprints Hands-on experience with various welding techniques including

FCAW, MIG

welding, TIG welding, SMAW, and gas metal arc welding Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, plasma cutting, machining, assembly, and use of measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers Familiarity with safety protocols specific to welding environments and construction sites Ability to operate cranes, power tools, hand tools, and other fabrication machinery safely and effectively Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations Join our team as a Welder/Fabricator where your craftsmanship will directly contribute to building high-quality structures.
