This position involves a mix of shop work and field work, including welding, fabrication, and assembly of various metal components. We are looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. Duties Perform MIG/TIG/Stick welding on various projects Fabricate and assemble metal parts and structures Read basic blueprints and measurements Assist with field installations and repairs Operate hand and power tools safely Maintain a clean and organized work area Experience Works well with others and open to learning new skills Basic welding experience (MIG, TIG, or Stick preferred) Familiarity with fabrication and metal assembly Ability to read a tape measure and basic blueprints Experience using hand and power tools Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a shop and field environment Strong work ethic and reliability Valid driver's license (preferred)

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
