Certifications Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fundamental English speaking, reading, and writing skills
• Must be a US citizen or legal permanent resident
• Demonstrated ability to solder high-reliability circuit boards in accordance with J-STD-001 and

IPC-A-610

workmanship standards

• Capable of adapting to daily workflow requirements and shifting production priorities
• Willing to assume additional responsibilities as needed to support team and business objectives
• Exhibits integrity, strong character, and a disciplined, results-driven work ethic
• Possess a detail-oriented professional with a positive attitude and a solutions-focused mindset
• Ability to follow both verbal and written work instructions accurately and consistently
• Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, flexible manufacturing environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Soldered critical components onto high-reliability circuit boards in compliance with IPC-J-STD-001 and

IPC-A-610

workmanship standards

• Maintain high levels of efficiency while identifying and recommending process improvements
• Support quick-turn production requirements to ensure timely delivery
• Perform effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a proactive approach to learning
• Consistently deliver results in accordance with established commitments and deadlines
• Work overtime as required to meet production demands and deadlines
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to implement quality and performance enhancements
