Job Description
- 2nd shift 3pm to 11pm Monday to Friday
- Growing and dynamic Aerospace company is looking to hire
MULTIPLE
Solderer's who have worked in the Aerospace or Manufacturing industry.Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and documentation
IPC-J-STD-001
Certification (with Space Addendum preferred)IPC-A-610
Certification •NASA 8739.1 & NASA 8739.4
Certifications Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fundamental English speaking, reading, and writing skills
- Must be a US citizen or legal permanent resident
- Demonstrated ability to solder high-reliability circuit boards in accordance with J-STD-001 and
IPC-A-610
workmanship standards- Capable of adapting to daily workflow requirements and shifting production priorities
- Willing to assume additional responsibilities as needed to support team and business objectives
- Exhibits integrity, strong character, and a disciplined, results-driven work ethic
- Possess a detail-oriented professional with a positive attitude and a solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to follow both verbal and written work instructions accurately and consistently
- Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, flexible manufacturing environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Soldered critical components onto high-reliability circuit boards in compliance with IPC-J-STD-001 and
IPC-A-610
workmanship standards- Maintain high levels of efficiency while identifying and recommending process improvements
- Support quick-turn production requirements to ensure timely delivery
- Perform effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a proactive approach to learning
- Consistently deliver results in accordance with established commitments and deadlines
- Work overtime as required to meet production demands and deadlines
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to implement quality and performance enhancements
