Welder/Fitter - J&M Welding, Inc. Full-Time | In-Shop & Field | Paso Robles, CA | DOE J&M Welding, Inc. is a structural steel fabrication and welding subcontractor based in Paso Robles, CA. We are looking for skilled Welders and Fitters to join our shop and field teams. Responsibilities Fit, tack, and weld structural steel assemblies per blueprints and shop drawings Operate welding equipment including MIG, Flux Core, and stick processes as required Perform quality checks to ensure welds meet project specifications and standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work collaboratively with shop leads and team members What We're Looking For Experience in structural steel welding and/or fitting preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings Proficiency in MIG, Flux Core, and stick processes Attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work both shop and field assignments as needed
