Welder Qualification Requirements Minimum of 3 years experience as a fabrication welder Must have experience in Heavy Equipment Repair Must have experience with heavy wire MC710 Welding certification is a plus

Must be responsible, reliable, punctual Experience in welding/building new construction bucket for Heavy machinery a plus Ability to read and understand blueprints and/or drawings Able to use basic hand tools (cutting torch, rose bud, mearing tape, squares, hammers, grinders, air arc, etc.) Duties Selects equipment and plans layout, assembly, and welding Lays out, positions, aligns, and fits components together Bolts, clamps, and tack-welds parts to secure in position for welding Sets up equipment and welds parts, using arc, gas-shielded arc, submerged arc, or gas welding equipment Assembles parts by bolting and riveting Repairs products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling parts Must work hours as assigned Performs all other duties as assigned Basic Skills Skill in detail-oriented work Demonstrated effective communication skills Physical Requirements This is a hands-on manufacturing role.

Requirements include:

Lifting - must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Position requires: Walking/Standing/Squatting/Bending/Pushing/Pulling/Reaching/Twisting Fine motor skills Pay D.O.E.
