00/hr, 40 hours week, plus overtime as needed Job Description, General. TIG weld stainless steel and aluminum parts and assemblies to customer specifications Read and interpret customer drawings, blueprints, and weld symbols Design, build, or request weld fixtures as needed to control distortion and hold drawing dimensions Inspect your own work for dimensional accuracy and weld quality Work with engineering and production to solve fit-up and distortion issues Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area What We're Looking For 2+ years of professional TIG welding experience on stainless steel and aluminum Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T basics Solid understanding of AWS weld symbols Experience with fixturing and controlling heat distortion Comfortable using measuring tools (calipers, tape, squares, height gauge, etc.) Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team Nice to Have AWS or other welding certifications Experience with thin-gauge material MIG welding or general fabrication experience Experience in [aerospace / medical / food-grade / semiconductor] work What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience: [$XX
